Domaine Camille & Mathieu Apffel Pandaemonium White 2023 is a white wine produced by Domaine Camille & Mathieu Apffel in Savoie.
The wine is a single-varietal Jacquère sourced from vineyards located on the slopes of Mont Granier, at the foot of the Chartreuse massif. This terroir is distinctive for its chaotic composition, created by the collapse of Mont Granier in 1248, which left a mix of clay and limestone.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks (90%) and French oak barrels (10%). Bottled without filtering, stabilizing, or fining.
