Alessandro Viola Note di Bianco 2022 White Wine
Alessandro Viola Note di Rosso 2022 is a red wine produced by Alessandro Viola in the Alcamo region, near Palermo in Sicily. It is a blend of Nero d’Avola and Syrah.
The wine undergoes a 4-day maceration on the skins before fermenting spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Vineyard work follows biodynamic principles.
It is then aged on its lees for 6 months in chestnut barrels. The wine is bottled without fining, filtration, or stabilization.
