Domaine Simon Bize Bourgogne Les Champlains Blanc 2022 is a white wine produced by the renowned Domaine Simon Bize in Burgundy, specifically under the Bourgogne Côte d’Or appellation.
The wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from various parcels mainly located in the prestigious village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, planted on clay and limestone soils that give the wine its distinctive minerality and elegance.
Fermentation and aging take place in French oak barrels for six months, followed by three months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is made without added sulfites.
