La Grange 476, Les Bouchettes 2022 White Wine
La Grange 476, Les Bouchettes 2022 is a white monovarietal wine made from 100% Chardonnay by the winery La Grange 476 in Menétrule-Vignoble, Jura, France. The vineyards are over 15 years old and are located in Château-Chalon, on marl-clay soils with southern exposure.
The winemaking process involves skin contact maceration followed by a two-year ageing period (one year in oak barrels and one year in concrete vats). The wine is neither filtered nor are sulfites added.
The vineyard is farmed according to biodynamic principles, and the winemaking follows natural methods. This was an especially warm vintage, giving the wine great ageing potential.
