La Perdida O Pando Barrel 2023 White Wine
La Perdida O Pando Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by La Perdida, the project of Nacho González in the Larouco area of Galicia.
The wine is a single-varietal Godello sourced from old, low-yielding vineyards located at altitude on granite, clay and slate soils.
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo approximately one week of skin maceration before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in clay amphorae, where the wine is also aged on its own lees. The ageing continues in french oak cask.
Unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphites.
