Luis Seabra Xisto Cru 2022 White Wine
Luis Seabra Xisto Cru White 2022 is a white wine produced by Luis Seabra winery.
It is a multi-varietal blend of Códega do Larinho, Gouveio, Rabigato, Verdelho, and Viosinho, sourced from vines over 30 years old, grown on schist soils at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level.
The grapes are directly pressed and then fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, with very little sulfur, in used barrels of various sizes and stainless steel tanks.
The wine is subsequently aged in used barrels on its lees for 12 months.
