Nanclares Y Prieto A Graña Blanco 2024
Nanclares y Prieto A Graña Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Nanclares y Prieto wineries in the Rías Baixas area, although outside the official D.O. The wine is a single-varietal Albariño sourced from the Xesteiriña vineyard, known for its unique granodiorite rock soil.
Manual cluster selection is carried out in the vineyard, followed by whole-cluster pressing with a pneumatic press at low pressure. Spontaneous fermentation takes place with native yeasts, without racking, and under controlled temperature.
The wine is aged in chestnut barrels for 3 months with daily battonage, and then for 11 months on its lees. It is bottled without fining, with light filtration and moderate sulfite addition.
