Nanclares Y Prieto Tempus Vivendi Blanco 2021
Nanclares y Prieto Tempus Vivendi Blanco 2021 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Nanclares y Prieto in Sanxenxo, under the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin. This wine is a single-varietal Albariño made from grapes grown in various plots with vines aged between 15 and 45 years.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place with native yeasts and a small addition of sulfur dioxide. During its aging process, bâtonnage is performed for the first 3 months, followed by 7 months of aging on its lees.
The wine undergoes filtration but is neither fined nor cold stabilized. A small amount of sulfur dioxide is added before bottling.
