Pheasant's Tears Vardisperi Rkatsiteli Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Pheasant’s Tears in the region of Adjara, Georgia.
This is a single-varietal Vardisperi Rkatsiteli. The grapes are fully destemmed and undergo skin maceration in Qvevri (clay amphorae buried underground), where alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts, with a 3-week maceration.
The wine is then aged on its lees in these Qvevri for 9 months.
