Verónica Ortega La Llorona Blanco 2023
Verónica Ortega La Llorona White 2023 is a white wine produced by Verónica Ortega in the village of Valtuille, in the Bierzo region.
This wine is a single-varietal Godello made from small-berried grapes sourced from a 35-year-old vineyard planted on sandy soils at around 500 meters above sea level.
The grapes are fully destemmed and undergo an 8-hour skin maceration before fermenting spontaneously with native yeasts.
The wine is aged in used French oak barrels of 225L, 500L, and 600L
