Partida Creus SW Red Sweet Wine Dulce 2017
Partida Creus SW Sweet 2017 is a sweet wine produced by Partida Creus in Bonastre, in the Baix Penedès region of Catalonia.
The wine is a single-varietal Bobal sourced from clay-limestone soils.
After a 10-day maceration, the grapes are pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks and oak vats. The wine then ages on its fine lees in these same vessels, gaining texture, complexity, and depth while preserving the character of the variety and its terroir.
The result is a distinctive sweet wine that combines freshness, concentration, and the vibrant personality that defines the wines of Partida Creus.
