Domaine Lagille Le Coteaux Du Paysan Brut Sparkling is a sparkling wine produced by Domaine Lagille under the Champagne appellation.
This Champagne is a single-varietal Pinot Meunier from a single vineyard, La Garenne, in Treslon.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts, and maceration is carried out with whole clusters. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks and ages for 3 years in French oak.
It is then aged on its lees (en rima) for between 36 and 42 months.
