Mas Candí Tinc Set Ancestral Espumoso 2023
Mas Candí Tinc Set Ancestral is a multi-varietal sparkling wine made primarily from Parellada and Xarel·lo, two native grape varieties from the foothills of the Garraf Massif, the gateway to Penedès, where the winery is located.
Ramón Jané and his team cultivate vineyards that have been in the family since the 17th century, farming the land with care, using organic methods and minimal intervention. The soils are clay-limestone.
The fermentation finishes in the bottle over a period of about 8 months, naturally integrating the fine bubbles that characterize this wine. It is vegan and no disgorgement is performed.
This sparkling wine is a delight—fruity and fresh, ideal for any moment.
