Wasenhaus Grand Ordinaire Spätburgunder Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Wasenhaus winery in the Baden region of Germany. The wine is a single-varietal Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) sourced from vineyards with sandy soils.
The grapes undergo a 12-day carbonic maceration and ferment spontaneously with native yeasts, using 30% whole clusters. The wine is aged in barrels and stainless steel tanks and bottled without added sulfur.
