Azul Perdido Maresía del Atlántico Blanco 2021 is a white wine produced by the Azul Perdido winery on the island of La Palma.

It is a multi-varietal wine made from Listan Negro, Negramoll, Baboso Negro, Tintilla, Vejariego Negro, sourced from a vineyard named “El Paso” at height of 882m. The soils are composed of volcanic picón and red volcanic earth, which give the wine its distinctive mineral character.

The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, followed by 22 months of aging in used French oak barrels. It is neither stabilized nor filtered, preserving its natural expression and texture.
