Chanterêves Bourgogne Rouge 2023 Red Wine
Chanterêves Bourgogne Rouge 2023 is a red wine produced by Chanterêves. The wine is a négoce, sourced from winegrowers who cultivate their vineyards with minimal intervention.
It is a single-varietal Pinot Noir from vineyards aged between 50 and 75 years, planted on sandy and granitic soils.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts using 100% whole clusters and a pied de cuve.
The wine is then aged for 13 months in used French oak barrels.
