Chanterêves Savigny Rouge Montchevenoy 2023 Red Wine
Chanterêves Savigny Rouge Montchevenoy Tinto 2023 is a red wine produced by Chanterêves. The wine is a négoce, sourced from winegrowers who cultivate their vineyards with minimal intervention.
It is a single-varietal Pinot Noir from vineyards located just above the 1er Cru Aux Guettes.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts using 100% whole clusters and a pied de cuve in oak vats, finishing fermentation in stainless steel.
The wine is then aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels and rests for another 12 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
