Comando G La Bruja 2022 Red Wine

Comando G La Bruja Red 2022 is a red wine produced by Comando G from vineyards located near the village of Las Rozas, at about 850 meters above sea level, with vines aged between 50 and 90 years. The wine falls under the Vinos de Madrid appellation.

This is a single-varietal Garnacha— as the name of the winery suggests, they specialize in crafting “Garnachas.” The vineyards are farmed biodynamically, and only a small amount of sulfur is added at bottling.

Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts, with each vineyard fermented separately.

The wine is aged for 7 months in 500L French oak barrels.
