Dominio del Bendito El Titán del Bendito is a red wine produced by Dominio del Bendito within the Toro D.O., in the municipality of Toro, Zamora.
The wine is a single-varietal Tinta de Toro from old vines aged between 60 and over 100 years, growing in very poor soils with excellent drainage.
Harvest is done by hand with grape selection both in the vineyard and at the winery. Fermentation takes place in 4,000-liter epoxy-lined concrete tanks, with a maceration period of 25 to 40 days. The wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
