Malaparte Mrgon de Cuellar 2023 Red Wine
Malaparte Mrgon de Cuéllar Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Malaparte in the town of Cuéllar, Segovia.
The wine is a single-varietal Garnacha sourced from vineyards over 60 years old, located at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level.
The wine undergoes carbonic maceration in the Beaujolais style, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where it ages until December of the same year, when it is bottled. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to preserve as much fruit as possible.
