Pablo Soldavini Simple 2023 Red Wine
Simple is a red wine crafted by Pablo Soldavini in the heart of Ribeira Sacra. It is a blend of grape varieties, predominantly Mencía, with a small percentage of Brancellao and Cariño.
The vineyards are located on estates with granite, slate, and schist soils. The estate follows biodynamic farming principles and the wine is made naturally.
It is neither fined nor filtered. Pablo’s wines are always a safe bet—floral and fruity on the nose, with a light and fresh profile and a lovely touch of acidity.
