Partida Creus VNR Vine-lo 2022 Red Wine
Partida Creus VNR Vine-lo Tinto 2022 is a red wine produced by the Partida Creus winery in the village of Bonastre, within the Baix Penedès area of Tarragona.
This wine is a multi-varietal blend of Garnacha, Ull de Perdiu, Sumoll, Queixal de Llop, Cariñena, Garrut, and Trepat, sourced from estate-owned vineyards planted on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes are vinified with 100% whole clusters, fermenting the varieties in a highly specific manner: each varietal is added to the fermentation one by one as the previous one is nearing completion, thereby extending the overall fermentation process.
The wine is then aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 7 months prior to bottling.
