Fazenda Agricola Augalevada Paco Rego Blanco 2024 is a white wine made from a vineyard located on the right bank of the Miño River, worked by Paco Rego at the age of 77, on schist and red clay soils, which are unusual for this area.
The wine is a blend of Treixadura, Albariño and Loureira, with small proportions of Godello, Torrontés, Lado, Branco Lexítimo, Verdello Antigo, Arinto, Silveiriña and other traditional varieties.
Yields per vine are very low, and the vineyard is usually one of the first to be harvested, normally during the last 7–10 days of August. The grapes are directly pressed and the must ferments and ages for 11 months in 600-litre demi-muids.
Production is limited to around 600 bottles.
