Wasenhaus Wessiburgunder Landwein Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Wasenhaus in the town of Staufen in the Markgräflerland, Baden, Germany. The wine is a single-varietal Chardonnay sourced from vineyards with sandy soils.
It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts using 100% whole clusters. The wine is then aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
