Tobía Selección de Autor Tinto is a red wine produced by Bodegas Oscar Tobía under the D.O. Rioja. It is a multi-varietal wine made from grapes sourced from four different vineyards, combining Tempranillo (70%), Garnacha (7%), Graciano (5%), and other varieties (13%).
The wine undergoes a cold maceration followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures with native yeasts.
It is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, naturally stabilized, and clarified with egg whites.
