Alex Messianu Rose Mexicano W22 is a rosé wine produced by the Alex Messianu winery in Guvexa, Lugo. This wine is a single-varietal made from Garnacha Tintorera.
It undergoes direct pressing, and the vinification process takes place in 54L demijohns. The wine is then aged on its own lees in the same vessels for 8 months.
The vineyard work follows biodynamic farming principles, and the winemaking is carried out using natural vinification methods. The wine is unfiltered and unfined.
