Luis Seabra Xisto Ilimitado Tinto 2021

Luis Seabra Xisto Ilimitado Red 2021 is a red wine produced by Luis Seabra in the Douro region of Portugal.

The wine is a field blend of Rufete, Touriga Franca, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Roriz and other native grape varieties sourced from old vineyards located in the higher-altitude areas of the Douro, planted on the region’s characteristic schist soils.

Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, using gentle extraction to preserve fruit purity and terroir expression.

The wine is then aged for 14 months in used French oak barrels of various sizes, adding complexity and balance without overshadowing the character of the wine.
