Alessandro Salvano DWNL Chardonnay 2024 White Wine
Alessandro Salvano DWNL Chardonnay 2024 is a white wine produced by the DWNL project in Montelupo Albese, in the Langhe area of Piedmont.
It is a single-varietal Chardonnay made from purchased grapes (négociant).
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, using whole clusters and with an 8-day maceration prior to pressing. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
It is then aged for 6 to 8 months in a combination of concrete and stainless steel tanks.
The wine is neither fined nor filtered, preserving its natural character.
