Celler Credo Miranius Blanco 2022

Celler Credo Miranius Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by Recaredo as part of their still wine project. This wine is a single-varietal Xarel·losourced from various organically farmed plots in the Alt Penedès region, including vineyards in Plana del Penedès, Muntanyes de l’Ordal (at 400 meters above sea level), and Vall del Bitlles.

Harvesting is done by hand to ensure precise grape selection and maintain high quality. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with the use of indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

The winemaking process adheres to the principles of minimal intervention. The wine is neither filtered nor fined, and stabilization is carried out with a very limited amount of added sulfites.
