Celler Credo Credo And the Winner is... 2023 White Wine
Celler Credo – “And the Winner is…” Blanco 2023 is a white wine crafted by Celler Credo in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in Catalonia’s Penedès region. It’s a blend of indigenous grape varieties—Macabeu, Parellada, Xarel·lo and Monastrell—grown on calcareous clay soils.
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo gentle pressing. Fermentation happens spontaneously, using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by six months of aging on fine lees in the same vessels.
The vineyard is managed according to organic and biodynamic principles, reflecting a philosophy centered on ecological balance and true expression of the terroir.
