Oriol Artigas La Bestia Blanco 2023

La Bestia Blanco 2023 is a white wine crafted by Oriol Artigas within the DO Maresme. It is a single-varietal wine made from Pansa Blanca(Xarel·lo), an indigenous grape sourced from century-old vineyards located in the municipality of Alella.

The grapes undergo a gentle destemming followed by a 12-day skin maceration. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels (25%). The wine is then aged on its lees for 9 months in stainless steel.

For Oriol, the real effort lies in the vineyard—the true origin of everything. His philosophy centers on minimal intervention, allowing the grape to fully express its character. Production of 1050 bottles.

An unfiltered, unstabilized wine with no added sulfites—tranquil, broad, and creamy.
