Oriol Artigas La Canya 2022 White Wine
Oriol Artigas La Canya Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by Oriol Artigas in Alella, northwest of Barcelona. Native to the area, he crafts wines with a strong sense of identity and terroir.
This is a blend of Pansa Blanca (50%), Godello (35%), Garnacha Blanca (10%), and Picapoll (5%). The grapes are destemmed and directly pressed to ferment spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine rests for 7 months on its fine lees in the same tanks. It is bottled without fining, stabilization, or filtration, and with no added sulfur.
