Oriol Artigas La Prats 2022 White Wine

Oriol Artigas La Prats Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by Oriol Artigas in Alella, in the northeast of Barcelona.

The wine is a field blend dominated by Pansa Blanca (50%), along with Sumoll (8%), Beier (8%) and Garnacha Blanca (5%), reflecting the local varieties of the area and its strong territorial identity.

Winemaking involves destemming and a short 1-day skin maceration, followed by direct pressing. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.

The wine then rests for 7 months in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks on fine lees, adding texture and complexity.

It is bottled without fining, stabilization, filtration, or added sulphur, following a minimal intervention approach that emphasizes purity and place.
