Oriol Artigas La Bella 2022 White Wine
Oriol Artigas La Bella Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by Oriol Artigas in Alella, in the northeast of Barcelona.
It is a single-varietal wine made from Pansa Blanca, sourced from 75-year-old vines located in the Can Coll plot, on white granite soils at an altitude of 120–145 metres. The vineyard reflects the coastal Mediterranean influence and the strong identity of the area.
Winemaking includes destemming and a long 15-day skin maceration, followed by direct pressing. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and used French oak barrels.
The wine then rests for 7 months in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks on fine lees, enhancing texture and complexity.
