Oriol Artigas Els Perles Jarrita 2022 Red Wine
Oriol Artigas Els Perles Jarrita Tinto 2022 is a red wine produced by Oriol Artigas and the Els Perles collective in Orotava, on the island of Santa Cruz de Tenerifein the Canary Islands.
The wine is a field blend of Listán Negro (67%), Listán Blanco (30%), and Listán Prieto (3%) from a 70-year-old co-planted vineyard.
The grapes are foot-trodden in a traditional lagar and macerated for 2 days before pressing, after which fermentation takes place in concrete tanks.
The wine is then aged on its lees for 9 months in stainless steel tanks.
