Oriol Artigas Els Perles Boruguita 2022 Red Wine
Oriol Artigas Els Perles Jarrita Tinto 2022 is a red wine produced by Oriol Artigas and the Els Perles collective in Orotava, on the island of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the Canary Islands.
The wine is a blend of Listán Negro (80%) and Listán Blanco (20%) from a vineyard over 100 years old.
The grapes are foot-trodden in a traditional lagar and macerated for 5 days before pressing, after which fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged on its lees for 9 months in stainless steel tanks.
