Arianna Occhipintini SP68 2024 White Wine
Occhipinti SP68 White 2024 is a white wine produced by Occhipinti in the town of Vittoria, in Ragusa, Sicily. The wine is a blend of Albanello and Muscat of Alexandria from red chalk soils at an altitude of around 280 meters above sea level.
It undergoes a 10-day maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and aging on its lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. It is neither filtered nor fined.
