Constantina Sotelo Aquelarre Tinto 2023 is a sparkling red wine produced by Constantina Sotelo in the Rías Baixas region, specifically in the Val do Salnés area in the town of Cambados. The wine is a blend of Albariño and Mencía from vineyards with xabre (decomposed granite) soils located just 1 km from the sea.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by aging on its fine lees in the bottle.
