Constantina Sotelo Gazafello 2023 is a white wine produced by Constantina Sotelo in the Rías Baixas region, specifically in the Val do Salnés area, in the town of Cambados. This wine is a single-varietal Albariño from vineyards with xabre soils located 1 km from the sea.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by aging on its fine lees in clay amphorae with continuous bâtonnage.
