copy of Mission Wine Tres 2022 White Wine
Mission Wine Tres Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by Mission Wine in Ribeira Sacra, crafted by Californian winemaker Zachary Elfman. This is a blend of Godello (60%) and Treixadura(40%) from an area in Ribeira Sacra where 90% of the planted vines are red varieties. The grapes come from two plots, one located in Chantada and the other in Quiroga.
The grapes were destemmed three days prior to pressing. Fermentation began in a stainless steel tank before being transferred to a 400L barrel, and then to a 225L barrel where fermentation was completed. The wine aged for 9 months in these barrels without racking, followed by an additional month in stainless steel to unify the different aging processes before bottling.
A vintage marked by great freshness.
