Envinate Linit Blanco 2025
Envínate Linit Blanco 2025 is a white wine made by Envínate in Almansa, Castilla-La Mancha.
The wine is a single-variety Pardillo, sourced from old vines planted at around 700 meters above sea level on soils of clay, gravel and limestone bedrock. It is a traditional and little-known variety from the area that Envínate is helping to recover, following a philosophy of minimal intervention.
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo direct pressing. Fermentation is spontaneous, using indigenous yeasts, in concrete tanks for around 10–15 days. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation.
The wine is aged for approximately 8 months, partly in concrete tanks and partly in neutral 350-liter barrels.
