La Perdida Mala Uvas 2025
La Perdida Malas Uvas Blanco 2025 is a white wine produced by La Perdida in the Valdeorras region of Galicia.
The wine is a blend of Palomino (80%) and Doña Branca (20%) sourced from old vineyards in the area. The name Malas Uvas ("Bad Grapes") refers to the low regard these varieties historically received from local growers, who considered them insufficiently noble to represent the region.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously in 400-litre tanks, where the wine remains in contact with its lees for 6 months.
Unfined and unfiltered wine.
