La Perdida A Mallada 2022 Red Wine
La Perdida A Mallada 2022 is a red wine produced by Bodega La Perdida in Larouco, Ourense. It is a blend made up of 70% Garnacha Tintorera and 30% Sumoll. The grapes come from old vines planted in 1940 at an altitude of 500 meters.
The grapes are destemmed before undergoing a gentle pressing, followed by a 5-day maceration. Fermentation and aging take place in amphorae and used oak barrels for a period of 6 months.
The wine ages on its fine lees and is bottled unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
