Manfredi Franco Bianco 2024 White Wine
Manfredi Bianco White 2024 is a white wine produced by Manfredi Franco in the surroundings of Marsala, on the western coast of Sicily, Italy.
The wine is a blend of Grillo, Catarratto and Zibibbo sourced from vineyards farmed by hand under organic and minimal-intervention principles.
The three varieties are destemmed and co-fermented. The wine then undergoes a two-day skin maceration, giving it a light golden hue, greater aromatic complexity and a delicate texture on the palate. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
The wine is then aged in neutral vessels to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. It is bottled with only a minimal addition of sulphur.
