Penho Verbum Nomos 2021 White Wine
Penho Verbum Nomos White 2021 is a white wine produced by Penho Wines in the Vinho Verde region, in northern Portugal. The wine is a field blend of Alvarinho and Trajadura.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is vinified like a red wine, fermenting in contact with its skins for 3 months.
Finally, the wine is aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
