Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira 2014 White Wine
Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira Branco is a white wine made from the María Gomes and Bical grape varieties by the winery Quinta das Bágeiras, under the Bairrada Denomination of Origin (Portugal). The vineyards are over 75 years old.
The winemaking process begins with the must being placed in small decanters, where it rests for 36 hours to allow natural sedimentation. After this, the clear must is transferred to old 2,500-liter wooden vats, where fermentation takes place.
The wine is bottled without any kind of filtration.
