Victoria Torres Las Migas 2021 White Wine
Victoria Torres Las Migas Blanco 2021 is a white wine produced by Victoria Torres in the village of Fuencaliente, on the island of La Palma in the Canary Islands.
This is a single-varietal Listán Blanco from ungrafted vines sourced from several vineyards located between 400 and 750 meters of altitude, on young volcanic soils and volcanic soils with clay. The grapes are harvested by altitude and fermented with 50% whole clusters in concrete tanks.
The wine is aged on its lees for 10 months in the same concrete tanks.
