Victoria Torres Malvasía Piezas N4 2023 White Wine
Victoria Torres Malvasía Piezas N4 Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Victoria Torres in the village of Fuencaliente, on the island of La Palma in the Canary Islands.
This is a single-varietal Malvasía from several vineyards located between 350 and 400 meters of altitude, planted on poor volcanic soils on the slopes of the San Antonio volcano. The grapes undergo a short skin maceration before beginning spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks (long fermentations that can last for months).
The wine is aged for 4 months in used 500 L French oak barrels.
