Alexandre Bain La Levée 2023 White Wine
Alexandre Bain La Levée Blanco 2023 is a white wine made by Alexandre Bain in Tracy-sur-Loire, Loire Valley, France, in the Pouilly-Fumé area.
It is a single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc from the La Levée vineyard, planted in 1985, with sandy and limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and picked at a high level of ripeness.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wine is aged for approximately 17 months in tanks.
It is made with no added sulphites and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
