Catherine Riss Nebuleuse 2023 White Wine
Catherine Riss Nébuleuse Blanc 2023 is a sparkling wine produced by Catherine Riss in Alsace, France.
The wine is a single-varietal Pinot Blanc.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control. It is made following the traditional (Champagne) method, with a second fermentation in bottle and 18 months of ageing on the lees.
This cuvée represents the latest addition to the domaine’s portfolio and marks its first vintage as a Crémant d’Alsace.
The wine is neither fined nor filtered, with no added sulphites.
